Better Butter0

2 Cups Safflower, soy or Canola, 2 Cups Butter, 4Tbsp. Water,
4Tbsp. Milk Powder, 1Tbsp. Lecithin granules, 1tsp. Salt.
Dissolve salt in water in a blender, add other
ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into
containers and store in refrigerator.
