Lemon Tahini Sauce
1/2 Cup raw organic Tahini
1/4 Cup fresh squeezed Lemon juice
2 Cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce or Miso Paste (reduce to 1T. for Miso)
Hot water
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together, it will thicken to a paste, when this happens add several Tbsp. of hot water and stir until a creamy dressing like consistency is acheived. This dressing is very versatile, use it on brown rice burgers, salads or biscuits.
